WHAT IS IT?
Crafted from eco-friendly bamboo and shoji paper, our lamps are perfectly sized to make great indoor accent lamps or bring them outside and drop in a pillar candle (available in local stores) to bring ambiance to your patio and porch dinners. Each lamp is outfitted with a snap-in candelabra base socket (E12) with an on/off switch (Up to 75W; LED bulbs recommended.)

Original design. Laser cut and handcrafted. All lamps are finished with Danish Oil to bring out the natural color of the bamboo.
Each lamp arrives ready for gifting.
Orders typically take 3-7 days to craft and fulfilled unless otherwise communicated. If the order is custom, a proof will be supplied for approval prior to crafting. Upon approval, the item will be crafted. USPS is our default shipping partner with UPS as backup.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should a received item arrive damaged or broken, we will replace it and cover all shipping costs.
PRICING AND ORDER MINIMUMS
Minimum opening order is $150 dollars. Minimum reorder is $125 dollars. Accounts that have not made a purchase within twelve months of their last order are subject to a minimum reorder of $150.
First-time orders can be paid by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will be processed and charged at the time of shipment. A valid credit card number must be on file at least two weeks prior to the estimated shipment date in order for the order to be completed and processed.
Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references. Net 30 terms will not be offered to first-time customers.
Late payments are subject to 18% annual finance charges. Interest will begin accruing one day after the due date on the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within seven days of cancellation. Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer 90 days or more from the original estimated shipment date will be treated as cancelled orders and be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mailing. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order. All items ship from Somerville, MA.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns may be made on damaged merchandise within thirty days of the arrival of the order. Return requests must be submitted in writing. Exchanges may be made on merchandise that is in excellent condition within six months of purchase. Exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and applied to the balance of the next orders. Exchanged merchandise may total no more than 50% of the next order.
